Ticketing fees

The price of your ticket breaks down into: - price of the trip excluding taxes / carrier surcharge - taxes - ticketing fees. Ticketing fees are costs related to the distribution of a ticket. They are applicable to all travelers except infants (under 2 years old). These ticketing fees vary depending on travel type, price and the ticket's terms and conditions, as well as the point of purchase. They are non-refundable. The following table shows applicable fees in Russia (amounts shown in euros per ticket, to be paid in RUB according to the company's exchange rate):

NB: travel agencies and third-party sites set and apply their own issuance fees for the sale of Air France tickets.  * Tickets booked online and issued at Air France office are subject to a 25 EUR fee for Economy class and 45 EUR for First/Business class. ** Tickets booked online and issued by phone with one of payment methods are subject to 0 EUR fee. *** Including cabins: Premium Economy, Business, La Première. ***** Including Economy cabin.

There are fees for ticket changes (reissue) and ticket refund. They cover administrative costs related to the sale of a ticket. They apply to all passengers except infants (under 2 years old) and passengers receiving free tickets. These fees may vary depending on the point of sale and place of ticket issuance.
